TopCut Arena

The TopCut Arena is a Champions auto battler broadcast live on Twitch and TikTok.
Type !join in the stream chat and your Pokémon fights that round.
Link the app and everything you catch lives in your box: train it, gear it, and send
it back out next round.
Getting in
Type !join in a TopCut Arena stream chat and you fight that round with a starter. In our Discord, type /linkchat for a code, then !link plus that code in stream chat. Once linked, your Pokémon and their records live in the app. Your first loaner is free to keep.
The fight is real time
The Arena is not turn based. Everyone acts on their own cooldown and moves around a shared map, so several opponents can be hitting you at once. Speed shortens your cooldown AND moves you faster: a very fast Pokémon acts about every 1.2s, a very slow one takes up to 7s.
Bulk and Protect
HP and defences decide how long you last while the room focuses you. Every Pokémon starts a round with 5 Protect charges: everything aimed at you has a 15% chance to be cancelled outright, damage and status alike. Once the charges are gone, everything lands.
Training is real
66 stat points to spend, at most 32 into any one stat, plus four moves, a held item and a nature. These are the Champions numbers, so train the same way you would for VGC. Trained in the app, fights on stream.
Rolling
Rolls cost Battle Points, which you earn by playing. Every roll can come back Champion, Gym, Ace or Bug, and can be Shiny, Alpha or both. The exact rates are published in the app before you spend anything, and a Champion is guaranteed after enough rolls without one.
The leaderboard
The board ranks Pokémon by wins, and a Pokémon needs a minimum number of rounds before it can place, so a single lucky round does not top the chart.
